Job description
Performs all administrative duties related to the financial operations of the company to support the needs of the organization and its management.
Work performed
- Assists in preparation of financial statements & forecasts
- Performs monthly closing & reconciliations
- Assists in implementing new tools & software
- Participates in financial and insurance based audits
- Provides oversight of payroll & benefits administration, AP, and AR.
- Manages corporate credit cards
- Works with purchasing to report on inventory
- Prepares necessary filings for taxes, administrative reporting
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Expert-level MS Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables & experiencing handling large data sets)
- 2 years experience in finance in an organization with $50 million annual revenue
- Understanding of SQL and forecasting
- Interest in manufacturing & international ecommerce.
Pay & benefits
- Salary: $95k-$100k depending on experience
- Signing bonus: $10,000
