We are seeking individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively interact with both external clients and internal teams. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound telephone calls and electronic communications. Additionally, you will serve as the first point of contact for loss notifications, capturing and accurately conveying essential claim information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision in addressing inquiries, managing complex requests, and maintaining a high standard of service. Effective communication with both clients and internal co-workers, along with the ability to multi-task while focusing on even the smallest details, will be key to success in this position.

Prior customer service and P & C insurance experience, preferred.

Spanish / Bi-lingual skills, a plus.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, one to three months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in database software, internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability for basic math skills, including compute rates and percentages and interpreting bar graphs.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong PC knowledge and key boarding skills.
  • Flexibility is necessary.
