POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE : Legal Support Coordinator
STATUS : Non-Exempt
SUMMARY : Under the general supervision and according to established policies and procedures of the Operations Team and / or Human Resources Team. The Legal Support Coordinator will perform a variety of duties specific to attorney and business unit support including organizing, scheduling, receptionist duties, client support assistance and general administrative duties. This position is non-exempt.
Duties and Responsibilities – Legal Support Coordinator :
- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents electronically and manually as requested by attorneys or paralegals.
- Processing and scanning of team and client related mail.
- Manage office communications including receptionist duties, interoffice mail, etc.
- Docketing and managing deadlines, scheduling and calendaring as requested by legal team.
- General client and team administrative support including printing, mailing, package delivery or pick-up, organizing and managing client document needs.
- Assist with client meeting needs including facilitating food deliveries for attendees, securing conference rooms and ensuring meeting set-ups have been completed.
- Manage office appearance by ensuring conference rooms are presentable prior to meeting start.
- Order business supplies as needed or requested.
- Running reports as requested by Attorneys and Paralegals.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required :
Job Type : Full-time in-office. Normal work week 37.5 hours. Work additional or irregular hours to perform essential duties as required.
