Responsibilities: As a Bacon Cure Production Worker, you'll play a crucial role in our production process, including:

• Trimming pork bellies with precision and care.
• Operating injection machines and tumblers to enhance flavors.
• Crafting scrapple and mixing seasonings to perfection.
• Ensuring equipment and supplies are sanitized and maintained according to food safety standards.
• Collaborating with our team to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Additional responsibilities may include assisting in packaging and meat processing departments.

Qualifications: We're looking for candidates who possess:

• Ability to safely work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and good time management skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate production equipment.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to approximately 3:30 pm.
