We are representing a leading client in the manufacturing industry seeking an entry-level Cloud Support Engineer to join their team in Raleigh, NC. Target Experience:
- 2 years of technical experience gained through education, bootcamps, or similar training programs.
Top 5 Must-Haves:
- Active Directory administration.
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Networking fundamentals.
- MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience OR technical college background.
- Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain multiple customer environments.
- Work a 40 hour week..
- Manage and update ticket backlogs per internal policies.
- Identify high-priority issues and escalate to the next level.
- Provide outstanding customer service using phones and email for ticket management.
- Collaborate with team members and other divisions to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take direction from senior engineers and contribute to team efforts.
- Flexibility to be customer-facing and travel to client sites as needed.
Qualifications:
- Solid foundational knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking.
- Prior experience in an MSP environment or equivalent technical education.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team setting.
