HRBPs partner with department heads and/or business unit (BU) leaders to align company, departmental, HR and culture goals, always looking for ways to find positive outcomes that drive business success and maintain or improve our incredible culture. They lead with empathy and focus on being the barometer for doing the right thing in people leadership. Their position fosters partnerships across all HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees, reflecting StoneAge’s values. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business competency, financial position, immediate/midrange/long-term plans, and the culture. Demonstrates self-leadership and role models the “Own It” mindset.

- Act as trusted advisors and key business partners to Executive Management Team (EMT) and other BU leaders
- Executes all HR activities for assigned areas to include People Relations, Talent Acquisition, Retention, Onboarding, Talent Management, Compensation, and Performance Management
- Provides strategic partnership and support through developing deep understanding of strategic and day to day business objectives
- Ability to be an influential and credible business partner
- Identify, analyze and prioritize critical business challenges and deploy appropriate HR solutions
- Collaborate and support the delivery of strategic initiatives: talent management, org design, org effectiveness support and other key programs
- Drive collaboration and best practices both within the HR community and all StoneAge companies
- Understands the pulse of employees and organization; regularly engage with all levels of employees from EMT to all critical levels of employee
- Actively contribute to and focus on continuous improvement
- Serve as the voice of the business
- Create/deliver change management support, communicate key initiatives and timelines to ensure successful implementation and execution of programs, processes and tools
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on initiatives and business challenges
- Provide people relations support as needed, including conducting investigations, documentation, reports and guiding related actions
- Be empathetic, organized and have high emotional intelligence
- Must have 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, prefer 3 years as a HRBP
- Demonstrated organizational design and development collaboration
- Demonstrated understanding and use of metrics
- Successful experience with building people programs for a scaling organization
- Project Management and organizational skills
- Experience in a global company and demonstration of global sensitivity and perspective
- Highly accountable with sense of urgency
- Promote and own an environment that encourages personal and professional growth
- Experience with: Change Management, Payroll, HRIS admin, Talent and Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition
- Have a strong belief in ethics and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Master’s Degree is a plus
