Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Human Resources Business Partner role with at least 50% time on site in Durango, CO. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing performance management.
Qualifications
5 years experience
- in HR Policies and People strategy
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
- Skills in Performance Management
- Experience building HR programs
- Must be a culture ambassador
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing HR is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
