What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Property Manager - Mountain View, San Bernardino, CA position at Stoneridge Management Partners?
We are looking for a professional, experienced, detail-oriented and proactive manager to join us as Property Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the direct management and oversight of assigned properties. Property manager to have direct accountability over daily operations, financial performance, reporting and all aspects of the properties under management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, clients, and team members
- Oversee properties’ personnel and continually assess its performance
- Maintain relationships with prospective clients/owners
- Oversight of property risk management, safety standards and team member and resident liability
- Understand the target market of your community by outlining marketing goals, preparing regular market surveys, keeping open lines of communication with surrounding communities, and aiming advertising and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure optimal staff/vendor performance and timely completion of all job duties and assignments.
- Staying up to date on relevant laws and agency regulations, including but not limited to fair housing, sexual harassment, disability accommodations, local rules, laws and regulations, and landlord-tenant laws as they apply to the policies and procedures of the company and the communities.
- Tenant concierge services and tenant satisfaction
- All daily operations of apartment complex
- Tenant communications and vendor scheduling
- Sourcing, reviewing and comparing bids from 3rd party vendors
- Enforcing all property rules and creating a good community environment
- Ensuring tenants and property is in compliance with all regulations, leases and property rules
- Communicating and maintaining good relationships with all tenants
- Performing move-in, move-out and routine inspections of units and property
- Noticing and enforcement of rules violations
- Posting community updates, maintenance notices, 3-day notices, etc.
- Occasional court appearances when necessary for eviction proceeding
- Sourcing and screening of prospective tenants
- Showing and renting vacant units and assisting in the completion of rental applications and move-in documentation
- Maintaining a clean apartment complex
- Ensuring all vendors and maintenance are performing to high quality standards and reporting to main office as needed
- Monitoring and supporting the renovation and upgrading of units and property
- Close communication and teamwork with main office to ensure the continued success and smooth operations of the apartment community
- Supporting main office and property manager with various tasks relating to the property
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
