We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Receptionist to join our team. As the Showroom Receptionist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Positive attitude for greeting customers and clients in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the showroom or over the phone, direct to appropriate person
- Provide guidance and support to designers, architects, contractors and retail customers
- Develop and implement strategies to keep samples and displays up to date
- Oversee showroom layout and design, ensuring an attractive and organized display
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Work with team members on product knowledge, learn sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Call customers when orders have arrived
- Able to work alone and have the initiative to work on projects alone
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of products related to home renovation or interior design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to move between tasks quickly if priorities change

- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, sit, kneel, and climb a stair ladder
