The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall marketing strategy and driving business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of brand development, marketing communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement. The Marketing Director will oversee direct-to-customer marketing communications, social media, print marketing, and graphic design and ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice and tone across all channels. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will include new customer acquisition, customer retention, brand awareness along with channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Communicate our brand promises and key differentiators in marketing materials
- Oversee all marketing communications, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand voice, tone, and overall identity.
- Manage and grow social media channels, fostering engagement and expanding our digital footprint.
- Lead the graphic design team to produce visually compelling assets that enhance the customer experience and reflect the brand identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Qualifications

- 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within e-commerce or digital-focused industries.
