**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking **Roof Installer** to join our team at Storm Contracting. This role involves the removal and replacement of existing roofing systems, roof leak repairs, and addressing various roofing issues. The Roof Installer will also be responsible for conducting roof inspections and taking measurements for future projects.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install, replace, and repair roofing systems, including shingles, tile, TPO/PVC membranes, and possibly standing seam sheet metal.
- Perform roof inspections and take accurate measurements for further work.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
- Use hand tools effectively and safely, and maintain company equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold a professional image of the company.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Be punctual and reliable, arriving on time and ready to work.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in roof installation and repair, or a willingness to learn multiple roof systems.
- Ability to use hand tools and maintain equipment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, with some weekends required.
- Must have your own reliable transportation and hand tools.
- Must be professional, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
**Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not required):**
- Prior experience with TPO/PVC membranes and standing seam sheet metal.
- Roofing certifications or training (preferred).
