About the Role :
We are seeking an HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, recruiting, and HR operations. This role supports HR functions in a manufacturing environment and provides opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer HR policies and procedures for the hourly manufacturing workforce.Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to support company goals.Support recruiting efforts, including phone screenings, candidate communications, onsite interviews, and participation in recruiting events.Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless transition for employees.Provide guidance on pay and benefits information, directing employees to the appropriate resources.Conduct incident investigations and support employee relations to maintain a positive work environment.Prepare and communicate internal employee updates and policy developments.Manage HR systems and documentation, including employee records, job postings, performance reviews, and compensation updates.Compile and distribute key HR reports such as headcount tracking, turnover, and attendance monitoring.Serve as an HR liaison for engagement teams, fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.Ensure compliance with HR audit processes and governmental reporting requirements.Provide support on special projects and company initiatives to enhance HR processes.Qualifications : Basic Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.2 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, recruiting, and policy administration.Experience with talent management, including performance reviews and succession planning.Excel PivotPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in a manufacturing environment.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.Strong knowledge of employment law and policy development.Background in organizational development and HR generalist functions.Experience working in a unionized environment.Equal Opportunity Statement :
