The Role:
We are seeking a Roofing Sales / Project Manager to join our Las Vegas team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction or manufacturing, three years of project management or sales experience is a plus, and a proven ability to oversee complex, multi-phase projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct roof inspections and diagnose issues
- Create accurate estimates based on customer needs and inspection findings
- Organize, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects
- Manage crews, and to ensure quality and efficiency
- Coordinate tasks, set deadlines, and maintain budgets and project timelines
- Communicate with clients to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate detailed proposals, material/labor orders, and change orders
- Perform job review checklists to verify work quality and contract compliance

- Experience with project management and/or sales in roofing, construction, or a related field
