Speech-Language Pathology Program Director

Are you seeking a new experience with some leadership responsibilities? Strafford Learning Center is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to be our Speech Department’s Program Director. Strafford Learning Center is an educational collaborative that provides high quality services and special education programs for our twelve member districts and multiple non-member districts. This full-time position comprises three days to assist the SLP team and two days of direct services in district. Program Director’s tasks include working closely with the Executive and Assistant Executive Directors, supervision of staff, CFYs and SLPAs, scheduling SLP staff, problem solving with team members, determining service needs from districts, SLP ESY services coordination for districts, and other day to day problem solving. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organizational and communication skills, the ability to make decisions on the spot, and a broad knowledge base of speech and language disorders. Knowledge and understanding of NH special education law including Child Find is essential. Some experience leading and guiding others is helpful, but not required.
