What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations Specialist position at Strata Networks?
Wage: $15 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with all billing inquiries, and new service request, along with disconnects or any account change request.
• Complete paperwork for service application and gathers all needed information from the customer.
• Investigate credit references of new customers.
• Process proper billing to customer account for all service requests or changes.
• Greet all customers on the phone or walk-ins with professionalism.
• Promote sales and services of Strata Networks.
• Gain knowledge of all company products and services.
• Be a team player in all areas of the job.
• Achieve objectives and goal requirements of the Strategic plan.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma and Business Degree or 2-5 Years Customer service Sales/Retail
• Outstanding Communications Skills including, Oral and Written Communications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects.
• Ability to identify problems and resolutions quickly.
• Can type 45 WPM with 90 % accuracy.
