Our client, a Los Angeles-based company specializing in entertainment merchandise, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support and work directly alongside the CEO. Ideal candidates should be capable of managing business and personal-related tasks.

Term : Full Time / Direct Hire

Location : West Hollywood, CA

Desired Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably for executives in the entertainment industry
  • Experience managing work and personal calendars, and overseeing personal tasks
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills are a must
  • Reliable transportation is required
