Overview :
Signalink a dynamic, small defense contractor committed to excellence in providing advanced defense solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of contracts-from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance monitoring-ensuring that all contractual agreements meet regulatory standards and support our business objectives. Your expertise will be critical in facilitating seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, while safeguarding our interests in a highly regulated industry.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Draft, Prepare, and administer all Contracts, & Agreements (e.g. NDAs, TAs, POs) and related documents and activities.
- Ensure all contractual requirements are met and documented; ensure contractual activities comply with all terms, conditions and applicable rules and regulations.
- Use strong analytical and contracts / pricing skills to management of Government contracts, closeout and purchasing compliance.
- Interface with external customers, vendors, and internal leadership team on contractual matters.
- Support Proposal activities : Data Call Lead; primary interface with customers; Responsible for completion of Contractual Volume & data calls.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, requests for quotes, review vendors, issuance of subcontracts and modifications
- Organize and maintain contract files and records of all contract activity
- Process new contracts for review and approval through various appropriate departments.
- Manage all contract closeout activities.
- Support AS9100 Audit / Activities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in contracting best practices and language; strong knowledge and understanding of the FAR, DFARs, GSAM, NFS and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes that may impact the company and it's proposal activities.
