For this role, we’ll look to you to:
- Coordinate and facilitate the efficient and timely transportation of products and orders from domestic and/or international origins to designated distribution centers.
- Performs routing, order management, carrier coordination, yard management, and prioritizing inbound deliveries.
- Maintain regulatory compliance.
- Improve service levels and optimize supply chain operations.
- Ensure accurate doumentation, timely tracking, adn proactive coordination with procurement and customs authorities.
- Complete daily freight consolidation, routing, tracking, port and warehouse arrivals, and order management.
- Acts as an intermediary between distribution centers and suppliers to help facilitate speedy resolution to any shortages or delays on inbound purchase orders.
- Monitor loads and verify timely deliveries and update relevant shipment data in Oracle database.
- Analyze KPIs to ensure best practices for internal and external customers and service providers.

The gross salary range is $50,000 - $55,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
Qualifications
Experience/Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of operational logistics experience working in warehouse, distribution center, or supply chain setting.
• Knowledge and experience of air & ocean freight export operations, processes, and documentation procedures, preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with international logistics, customs, compliance & international trade, preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel experience.
• Oracle and ERP systems experience, preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
