Job Summary
This position will provide support to the portfolio manager and independent advisor in the areas of portfolio and office administration, business processing and client service, preferably bilingual. The successful candidate must be reliable, results-driven and will possess strong clerical, organizational, communication, computer and customer service skills. This position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic, superior attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
Previous sales assistance and/or financial services experience is preferable. The preferred candidate shall possess advanced proficiency and experience with CRM systems and MS Office products, Word and Excel in particular. A securities license, as well as a college degree, are not required but preferred.

Experience
- Proven experience in public relations, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong skills in social media.
- Familiarity with video editing software and graphic design tools
- Proofreading abilities with attention to detail in all written communications.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
Position Duties/Tasks:
· Coordinate office workflow and review practice work methods and procedures for possible quality improvements and efficiencies and implement them when appropriate
· Coordinate calendar for advisor and ensure the efficiency of the practice
· Maintain all client files, records, blotters and logs
· Maintain compliance files and ensure the branch office meets compliance requirements.
· Prepare correspondence, reports and client agreements (including thank you letters and follow up responses to clients and prospects)
· Gather and prepare information for client review meetings
· Maintain client management contact system
· Answer incoming calls (handle routine client requests or direct call to appropriate individual)
· Handle routine clients matters (name and address changes, bank authorizations, check requests and re-orders, systematic withdrawals, withdrawal requests, enter trades under supervision of OSJ, balance or account information)
· Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can inform content strategy and improve engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
