The Project Manager Serves as a key leader, this position has responsibilities for the Operation and Logistical management of the defined area.
Accountable for the quality of our projects and productivity o our teams throughout the assigned regions.
Essential Job Function
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee the operational aspects of projects within the defined area, ensuring that they align with company objectives and meet established standards.
- Logistical Management: Manage the logistics of projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and procurement, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain accountability for the quality of projects, implementing best practices to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Team Productivity: Drive the productivity of our teams working in the assigned regions, motivating and guiding them to achieve optimal results.
- Project Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays in a proactive manner.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project-related risks to minimize potential disruptions.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
- Five (5) years of direct manufacturing experience in a QS/ISO environment
- Two (2) years in a supervisory role
- Experience in handling customer and employee relations
- Available to work assigned hours based on business needs
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
