We are seeking a motivated Data-Driven Intern to join our El Paso team and support strategic projects in the automotive IT space. This role will involve hands-on work with data collection, analysis, and project management, with a focus on driving actionable insights. You will also gain exposure to critical IT operations, ERP/EDI systems, and tools like Power BI. If you enjoy solving problems, using data to make decisions, and working on impactful projects, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and visualization to support ongoing project decisions using Power BI.
• Collaborate on project planning and process optimization efforts, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Support leadership initiatives and help manage workflows using ClickUp.
• Apply critical thinking and common sense to tackle operational challenges and suggest improvements.
• Ensure alignment with compliance standards (NAFTA/EU) and assist with EDI and ERP processes.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data.
• Leadership skills-experience leading academic or extracurricular projects preferred.
• Critical thinking and common sense to solve real-world problems.
• Familiarity with Power BI and ClickUp is a plus (but not required).
