Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at StreetDelivery, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth flow of assignments, ensuring they are accurate and clear, dispatching field staff to inspection locations, and maintaining excellent communication with both adjusters and our field staff. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, making a real impact in the insurance industry while enjoying a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assignment Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize inspection assignments, ensuring they are allocated to the appropriate field staff.
- Assignment Editing: Review and edit assignments for accuracy, clarity, and completeness, ensuring all relevant information is available for field staff.
- Dispatch Operations: Coordinate the dispatch of field staff to inspection locations, optimizing routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with insurance adjusters and field staff via phone and email, providing updates, clarifications, and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Problem Solving: Assist in resolving any assignment-related issues, ensuring a smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the StreetDelivery team to achieve our collective goals and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and a willingness to learn new software tools.
