With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, StretchLab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist™ training, the only nationally accredited program for teaching stretching was created by experts in the field and it ensures that our clients receive safe, effective stretching session with every visit. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations in Strongsville, Rocky River and Avon.
Job Summary
- Oversees all sales and operations across 3 studios
- Hiring, training and continuous development of all staff
- Weekly and monthly KPI reviews with studio management and franchisee
- Quality control of sales and first visit experience
- Quality control of member retention
Traits, Skills & Experience Required
- A highly organized leader who excels in sales.
- A leader who can train and manage staff and inspire their strongest performance.
- A leader who can make thoughtful, independent decisions and handle a significant amount of autonomy and accountability.
- Demonstrated capability in implementing standardized processes, managing data/KPIs and using it to develop insights and make decisions.
- Enjoy interacting with people, and are strongly customer focused.
- An outstanding communicator (in-person, on the telephone and via email) with excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Passionate about health, wellness and/or fitness and the value of stretching.
- Must be technically proficient.
- Talent Acquisition, development, training and retention
- 1-2 years of strong sales experience or membership sales.
- 1-2 years of management experience or the equivalent.
- High School diploma or GED required; higher education (completed or in progress) preferred.
Preferred but not Required
- Certification in some area of fitness/wellness including, physiotherapy, LMP, Pilates, yoga, personal training, etc. or an academic degree in kinesiology (or related field) .
- Experience in a fitness/wellness environment, a startup/small business environment with multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth consistently across all 3 studios.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention consistently across all 3 studios.
- Recruitment and Hiring of all team members
- Oversee training and continuous development of team members
- Collaborate and oversee marketing plans to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
- Tracking sales performance and reporting. Daily, Weekly, Monthly KPI Reviews with Franchisee and team.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
