HR Operations Coordinator
Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks within the Human Resources department, including onboarding new employees, processing employee changes, maintaining employee records, handling basic HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting various HR initiatives by facilitating smooth operations across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, I-9 verification, system setup, and orientation; oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), including personal details, employment information, benefits, and performance reviews.
- HR Inquiries and Support: Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, leave management, payroll, and general employment questions.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, including data privacy, I-9 verification, and state-specific requirements.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions regarding health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Payroll Processing Support: Collaborate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including data entry and reporting.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate HR reports on employee data, turnover rates, headcount, and other key metrics as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and distribute HR documents, maintain employee files, coordinate with other departments on HR-related matters
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and implement new technology solutions within the HR function.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
