- Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy to drive engagement, retention, and customer growth across the entire lifecycle.
- Content Development: Write compelling, professional, and brand-aligned email copy that speaks to our target audience and drives action. Strong emphasis on storytelling and delivering clear, engaging messages.
- Automation and Segmentation: Build and optimize automated workflows for onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement. Create advanced segmentation strategies to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, email content, CTAs, and send times to continuously improve performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions). Use insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, marketing operations, and sales teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging email copy tailored to various audiences and campaign objectives.
- Email Marketing Expertise: 3 years of experience managing email marketing programs, preferably in B2B environments. Experience with HubSpot,or other email marketing platforms required.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics to evaluate performance and make data-informed decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with automation workflows, advanced segmentation, and email personalization. Knowledge of HTML for email templates is a plus.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative Collaboration: Experience partnering with design teams to create visually engaging email templates and assets.
