Schedule: Monday - Friday. (10:00am - 6:00pm)
Strong Roofing, a family-owned roofing company in the Greensboro Area, is actively seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative focused on generating leads for our Outside Sales Representatives.
An Inside Sales Representative will work from the office, cold calling on residential & commercial properties in the communities we are actively building roofs in. This role is critical in supporting our outreach to neighbors and businesses that we may be able to service.
This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who possesses excellent communication skills, resilience, & drive to help our sales team succeed. The successful candidate will embody a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and be an integral part of our sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:
- Use our provided call list software to generate leads and make cold calls.
- Track touch points with potential clients.
- Employ drip emails to cultivate business in neighborhoods we are working in.
- Target neighborhoods and businesses with mail-in letters.
- Master our product list and services provided by Strong Roofing to display to our customers.
- Interact with any customers that visit the workplace.
- Utilize storm tracking software to call on areas that have been impacted by strong weather events.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in cold calling, overall computer skills & literacy, phone skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance large customer base.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers & teammates.
- Ability to work efficiently and show resilience and discipline to generate new leads.
