Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as routers and/or lathes.
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, or verbal instructions to ensure precise dimensions and specifications.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on quality work performance, striving for excellence in every aspect of case building.
- Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and meet project deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, bringing enthusiasm, energy, and a team-oriented approach to your daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating hand tools and various woodshop equipment (e.g., saws, drills, sanders, etc.).
- Familiarity with woodworking techniques and principles.
- Safety-minded with a thorough understanding of workplace safety protocols.
- Dependable and reliable, consistently demonstrating punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail, ensuring precision in measurements and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a spirit of cooperation and collaboration.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Excellent communication skills, able to follow instructions and convey information clearly.
- Positive attitude and a passion for creating high-quality products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
