Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator with a strong background in IT sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, a solid understanding of IT hardware and software, and the ability to drive business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within our industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers. Communication with clients is a must.
- Work closely with the technical team to create customized IT solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and ticketing system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous sales experience in IT, or a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is required.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware and software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
