Studio 1200 is seeking a senior level Project Architect / Project Manager to work on CORPORATE INTERIORS and HOSPITALITY projects.
Qualifications:
- 10 years experience in Corporate Interiors and Hospitality
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with tight deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in our office in Short Hills, NJ 5 days a week.
Responsibiltiies include:
- Design Leadership: Develop concepts and technical requirements for each phase of the design process.
- Project Oversight: Oversee all deliverables from Schematic Design (SD) to Construction Administration (CA).
- Technical Expertise: Produce construction documents (CDs), coordinate with MEP consultants, and review drawings for code compliance. Conduct QA/QC for all deliverables.
- Team Management: Lead project teams, mentor junior staff.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main client contact, and act as Project Manager: write proposals, manage budget, schedule and staffing.
