We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service / Sales Assistant to join our growing team. As a Customer Service / Sales Assistant, you’ll help deliver exceptional service to our clients and contribute to the success of the events that raise awareness and support for charitable causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and nurturing customer relationships to ensure positive experiences from initial contact to event execution.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and event management teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and recommend event solutions that align with our goal of increasing support for their causes.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Help the sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and keeping accurate records.
- Coordinate logistics for events that raise brand awareness and support for local charities, ensuring all details are well-executed.
- Support the team in meeting sales targets by promoting Studio Innovation’s services and generating new leads.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
