What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at STV?
STV is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to work with our corporate HR team. This position is hybrid (3 days week / in office) and can be located in one of the following STV offices : Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Jacksonville, FL, or Chicago, IL.
The HR Coordinator will operate as part of a Shared Services model to support employees at all levels with inquiries as well as the HR team with day-to-day processes and procedures. This role plays a vital part in the overall success of the HR function and its delivery of people-oriented strategies.
Duties
- Assist employees with HR related inquiries in a timely and customer service focused manner.
- Assist with HR programs and initiatives : talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, records management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Participate in the formulation of HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action.
- Complete special projects by carrying out project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
- Manage client expectations by communicating project status and issues, resolving concerns.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying abreast of existing and new legislation.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Continue to develop job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Compensation Range :
38,927.00 - $51,903.00
