What You'll Do:
- Greet every guest with warmth, authenticity, and respect
- Guide customers through product selection and cannabis education
- Follow OLCC and METRC protocols for compliance and safety
- Operate the POS, track inventory, and keep the store running smoothly
- Keep things clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Collaborate with your team to deliver a seamless experience
What You Bring:
- Customer service or retail experience (cannabis knowledge is a bonus!)
- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfort with tech like POS systems and digital inventory tracking
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
