Job Summary :
The Automotive BDC Representative / Internet & Phone Sales at Suburban Subaru is a Full Time, within the Auto industry located in Vernon, Connecticut.
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist customers in their vehicle purchase process through effective communication and sales skills.
This role will involve working with customers remotely through various communication channels such as phone, email, text, and internet.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, a drive for results, and a desire to continuously learn and improve!
Compensation & Benefits :
Expected annual income is $45,000 to $65,000 per year, hourly pay paid bi-weekly, and commission based on sales performance paid once a month.

Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as phone, email, text, and internet
- Utilize knowledge of Suburban Subaru's products and services to assist customers in their vehicle purchase process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to potential customers to promote Suburban Subaru's sales and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously improve knowledge of Suburban Subaru's products, promotions, and sales techniques
- Providing a welcoming environment for customers
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and overall dealership success
