The Executive Assistant Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to play a critical role in supporting the daily priorities of our organization. This role involves interacting with executive vice presidents, senior level staff, leaders, parents, and donors. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive, representing them in key communications, organizing and prioritizing tasks, acting as liaison between the Executive and departments/staff, and identifying and preparing necessary materials for meetings, reports, presentations, events, and projects. This role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, a high degree of discernment, tact, and integrity, proficiency in handling multiple urgent priorities with high attention to detail, and a Bachelor's degree.
