About the Company: Sudler Property Management, the most respected residential property management firm in the Midwest, has an immediate opening for an experienced Community Association Manager in Chicago.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the property including budget control and oversight of capital projects. There is a need for the candidate to be very reliable, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Supervision and management of all property staff – including Engineer, Front Desk and Janitorial/Maintenance Staff.
- Creation and effective implementation of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Capital projects oversight.
- Condominium Association administration.
- Primary liaison to all outside vendors regarding property issues.
- Assure timely resolution of all service requests filed by property occupants.
Qualifications:
- Must have the Illinois Community Association Manager License.
- Must have a strong customer service focus.
- 5 years of property management (condominium association) experience.
- 5 years in a supervisory or management role strongly preferred.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong effective quantitative, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and MS suite software.
