About the Role :
The Community Association Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations, financial management, and capital improvement projects. Success in this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and multitasking skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to property management expertise, candidates must possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of building systems and preventive maintenance, proficiency in project management, and computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Staff Management : Supervise and support administrative, front desk, and maintenance staff.
- Budget & Financial Oversight : Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
- Project Management : Oversee all capital improvement projects and preventive maintenance programs.
- Vendor & Contractor Relations : Serve as the primary liaison for vendors and contractors, ensuring timely issue resolution and contract compliance.
- Association Administration : Handle all administrative tasks, including meeting preparation and record-keeping.
- Service Requests : Manage and resolve service requests from residents efficiently.
- Property Inventory : Maintain and oversee property assets and inventory control.
