We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our association. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and strong math skills.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll and Human Resources
- Restaurant Inventory Control
- Deposits
- Assist with Member Services
- Maintain organized financial documents and records for easy retrieval.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role is preferred or an Associate's Degree in Accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Strong math skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
