About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Admin to join our 3rd shift team at Sugar Steel Corporation in Chicago Heights, IL. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre-receiving process to ensure readiness for incoming goods.
• Commit and verify the accuracy of receiving verifications against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
• Assist in MTR (Mill Test Report) scanning and resolving any discrepancies with MTRs.
• Prepare and print shipping labels for outgoing orders.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (including Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
