Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Lead Day School Caregiver to oversee the childcare program at our resort. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging activities that cater to the unique needs of each child.
• Work collaboratively with the Room Leader to develop and execute educational programs.
• Ensure the children receive healthy meals and snacks throughout the day.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.
• Supervise children at all times, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Implement positive discipline strategies while promoting respect and empathy among children.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

• Must hold a CDA or associate's degree in early childhood education, supplemented by two years of experience, or a BA/BS degree with four higher education courses in early childhood topics and two years of experience, or three years of successful experience in a licensed facility with four higher education courses completed.
• Three professional references from previous childcare roles.
• Current CPR Certification and Biannual First Aid Certification.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development in childcare.
• A genuine interest in staying updated on current childcare trends.
