Sugarhouse Glass & Mirror has been providing custom cut glass, window, shower, mirror and rescreen services to the greater Salt Lake valley for over 35 years and are respected in the community.
This is an administrative and customer service position. The job requires you to have communication skills and attention to detail for managing customer orders and fulfilling scheduling and data entry.
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant. Our ideal candidate is seeking a part-time job for 2-3 weekdays to work our front desk and we are willing to negotiate your schedule.
Knowledge of glass will be taught!
Duties
- Create and handle existing orders from incoming calls and walk-ins.
- Providing quotes to customers and collecting billing after installations.
- Scheduling installation appointments and receiving supplier deliveries.
