We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager, MTCS to join our CT_MTCS team in United States .
Your main tasks and responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Expertise : Proven ability to identify and engage potential customers, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in Sulzer's mass transfer and separation technology business.
- Lead Generation Mastery : Proficient in utilizing diverse sources for lead generation, employing tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and events to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing Prowess : Strong negotiation skills with the capability to assess customer requirements, prepare compelling proposals, and navigate necessary revisions to ensure customer acceptance and successful deal closures.
- Technical Acumen and Support : Solid technical aptitude to comprehend customer needs, deliver effective sales presentations, and demonstrations, and provide technical support and knowledge. Collaborates with Sulzer application experts to translate customer requirements into value propositions.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Dedication to building and maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and increased awareness of Sulzer's full portfolio of technologies, products, and services. Additionally, adept at accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and strict adherence to ethical and legal compliance.
