This role is focused on supporting the sales team by managing and preparing accurate quotes, pricing agreements, and documentation for customers. It blends administrative work, pricing analysis, contract review, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities Simplified:
- Prepare competitive bids and quotes accurately and on time
- Set up special pricing based on group purchasing (GPO/IDN) contracts
- Analyze financial impact of contract terms and communicate across departments
- Review and ensure consistency in commercial contract terms and conditions
- Understand revenue recognition rules (like bundled pricing or standalone pricing)
- Handle paperwork for new orders, including billing and custom forms
- Perform audits on leased products to ensure correct customer billing
Requirements Simplified:
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- Experience working with quotes, contracts, or licensing is helpful
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Able to learn internal tools/software quickly
