Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, building structures, and general facility infrastructure
- Perform plumbing repairs (e.g., faucets, valves, drains, pumps) and basic electrical work
- Conduct HVAC system maintenance including rooftop unit inspection and filter replacement
- Troubleshoot faulty equipment and systems using diagnostic tools
- Build and repair drywall partitions, windows, doors, and roofs as needed
- Perform routine preventive maintenance using standard checklists (e.g., belts, motors, fluid levels)
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in facilities, industrial, or mechanical maintenance
- Hands-on experience with plumbing, HVAC, and basic electrical systems
- Comfortable reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
