We are seeking a Tabletop Exercise Facilitator who will be responsible for the planning, designing, and virtual delivery of tabletop exercises to clients on a consistent basis to validate the client's incident response capabilities on a variety of scenarios and to satisfy compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Tabletop Exercise Development:
- Develop both custom and reuseable tabletop scenarios based on client's environments, risks, and compliance objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team leads to identify tabletop exercise goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain tabletop presentation materials and documentation.
- Continuously improve upon existing program and increase client engagement.
Tabletop Exercise Facilitation:
- Lead tabletop exercises and elicit active participation from both internal and external attendees.
- Maintain proper exercise flow to ensure that all exercise topics are covered while promoting an open discussion atmosphere.
Reporting and Deliverables:
- Deliver both pre and post tabletop related items to clients in a timely manner
- Prepare detailed post exercise reports to include deficiency's, recommendations, and action items.
- Follow-up on identified action items to ensure that they are properly addressed.
- Confirm client has updated relevant compliance evidence with required documentation.
Qualifications:
Education

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Experience:
- Interactive presentation skills.
- Previous experience in developing and facilitating tabletop exercises is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail is MANDATORY in this role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to use elicitation to effectively identify gaps in security posture.
- Conflict management and resolution.
Certifications:
- Security (Required)
Preferred Skills
- CMMC Certified Professional is a plus.
- Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional regulatory standards, such as NIST and DFARS
