Housekeeper position available! We are looking for a team-oriented individual with a cheerful customer service attitude, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and go to work! You will be responsible for cleaning vacant apartments and preparing them for move in. The right housekeeper must have good organizational abilities, follow up-skills, and attention to detail in their work as well as a valid driver’s license and must have their own reliable vehicle for transportation.
The right housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning apartment buildings and grounds, to include but not limited to: hallways, laundry rooms, entrances and vacant apartments.
Must be dependable and responsible. Must be able to work well independently.
The Housekeeper performs daily cleaning of noted areas and other assigned areas, maintaining them in a clean and sanitary condition for residents, staff, and visitors. In addition, the housekeeper must meet all expectations, requirements, and acceptable cleaning practices.
- Follows and completes all assigned cleaning and service instructions in each apartment/resident room, common area, or assigned area or project as outlined by management.
- Maintains cleanliness of vacant apartments and public spaces.
- Positively interacts with residents, staff, families, and visitors.
- Maintains equipment in good working condition, returns it to the proper location after use and reports any damage immediately.
- Assist other associates as necessary or directed.
- One year of Housekeeping experience is preferred
- Valid Driver's License preferred
