Role Description
You are expected to facilitate enough weekly peer coaching sessions to submit 75 peer coaching notes into our mTx system, per week as the minimum. In conjunction with this, the individual house peer advocates are required to conduct at least three (3) peer
coaching sessions and submit three (3) peer coaching notes per client, per week for the residents of their respective houses. Your role is integral in tracking the number of sessions each client receives weekly to
ensure that house peer advocates are meeting their minimum session and note requirements. Additionally, you are tasked with maximizing peer engagement by pushing towards the goal of eight (8) sessions and corresponding notes per client, per week through a mix of Peer Group and Peer Individual sessions. This includes structured communication with clients via in-person meetings, calls, texts, and video conferences.

Qualifications
- Experience facilitating Peer Groups and Individual sessions.
- Team and Task management experience.
- 1 year or more of sobriety / active recovery.
- Experience using mTreatment (mTx) or similar Electronic Health Record systems.
- Experience in peer support and mental health services.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- High School diploma or GED.
- CCAR Peer Coach training certificates or CPFS certification.
