Summit Home Health Care is currently seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Passaic County, NJ to work with special need’s student in a 1:1 capacity during their day at school and during their transportation to and from school on the school bus.
School PDN Nurse Responsibilities
- The nurse will accompany the patient throughout their day at school
- Provide comprehensive medical assessment according to nursing practice standards
- Monitor and administer medication(s) and give treatment(s) if needed
- Respond to and assess emergency health needs of students
- Ensure the safety of the child
- Documentation of daily activity
