The core focus areas of the Company are English Language Development, Literacy, Science, and K-12 Vocabulary Development and Mastery.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems / IT Administrator to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering excellent support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset, capable of handling both day-to-day IT needs and long-term IT process improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- IT Onboarding / Offboarding : Set up laptops, accounts, and access for new employees, and ensure smooth IT offboarding processes for departing employees.
- IT Support : Act as the primary internal IT contact for employees, providing desktop support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- IT Equipment Management : Own and maintain all IT processes, including equipment inventory, tracking, and procurement to ensure availability and proper usage. Install and maintain mobile device management solutions on all equipment.
- Process Ownership : Develop, document, and optimize IT-related workflows to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- System Maintenance : Ensure all IT equipment and systems are functioning effectively and up-to-date with necessary software, patches, and security protocols.
