This role involves overseeing day-to-day school operations, supporting faculty development, ensuring a high standard of academic excellence, and cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Summit Leadership Academy – High Desert is a public charter high school serving students in grades 7–12. Our tuition-free education specializes in public service career pathways, including military service, law enforcement, and firefighting. With small class sizes averaging 25 students, we provide personalized instruction tailored to each learner’s needs. The ideal candidate will uphold our mission to develop future leaders through rigorous academics and a commitment to service. Must have experience supervising others along with knowledge of labor laws.
Must have strong critical thinking skills, ability to problem solve, and analyze data.
Must have knowledge of the California Education Code.
