Job Summary
The Community Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting the Community Manager in various tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and building strong relationships with community members.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate resident files, process rent checks, manage service requests, and assist with monthly management reports.
- Tenant Relations: Assist with tenant concerns, support Evergreen issues, plan and execute resident events, and update digital communications.
- Leasing and Marketing: Manage waitlists, prospects, and turnovers; send marketing packets to prospects; and communicate with leasing prospects.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years in property management, preferably with leasing and affordable housing experience.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with MRI or other real estate software (preferred).
